Customers are entitled to clear, accurate, and transparent information before purchase. Any false, misleading, or deceptive representations are strictly prohibited. Customers have the right to request clarification on pricing, product specifications, and delivery terms before confirming an order.
Future Delivery Agreements
For any product not delivered immediately (such as custom or out-of-stock items):
- Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated clearly
- If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days of the agreed date, customers may:
- Cancel the agreement
- Request a full refund
Written Agreements
For high-value furniture purchases, RoyalRest may provide:
- Order confirmation
- Invoice or receipt
- Product details
These documents serve as the official agreement under Ontario law.
Cancellation Rights
Customers may cancel an order:
- Before dispatch → Full refund (no charges)
- After dispatch but before delivery → Delivery or restocking charges may apply
- Custom or made-to-order items → Non-cancellable once production begins
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where applicable. Cash payments may be refunded through an agreed method such as cash or e-transfer.

- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Mattresses (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Custom-made or special-order furniture
- Used, assembled, or damaged items after delivery
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or videos as evidence
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where applicable
